Dave Arnot is leading a weekend trip down to Brooklyn, an old 4wd park the club used to visit a few years ago.
Brooklyn is located in Northern NSW near Urbanville.

Meeting point will be the rest area on the far side of Rathdowney at 8:30 for a 9 o’clock departure. Saturday morning
Fee's are $20 a day.
Trip is dog friendly.
June Club Meeting
Nudgee beach hotel.
Come and join us for the June club meeting at the Nudgee beach hotel. Easy access from the Gateway northbound.
All new members or those who want to join the club are more than welcome to come along.
Come early and have a meal and a natter before the meeting.
The club has organised for members to do their First Aid Course.
There are 8 positions available.
This will be a full day course and will cover basic first aid and CPR
Note course date to be confirmed.
Bring your dog for an off-leash play on the beach at Woorim, Bribie Island. If you don’t have a dog, come along anyway. The sandy beach is a couple of kilometres long and provides a pleasant stroll with the sea to one side and dunes to the other. Note that driving on the beach is not permitted.
Bring a picnic lunch and snacks for your dog. Toilets, doggie water and poo bags are available at the beach.

11.00 (lazy start) for 11.30 departure, a leisurely drive to Bribie Island
Sunshine coast Landrover Owners club has invited our club to join them for their Christmas in July event at the Widgee Showgrounds on the weekend of the 23rd-25th of July.
Camping fees will be $10 a night for a powered site or $8 a night for an unpowered site. (Cash only) no bookings required.
There will be a meal provided on the Saturday night at the Bushmans bar, cost will be upto $21 dessert included. The menu will be confirmed the week prior to the event.
There will be a variety of events over the weekend led by SCLROC members.
Registration for this event closes 29/6/21 as we have to let the SCLROC know how many are attending.
