Last night was our AGM and was reasonably well attended.

The committee was returned in full unopposed for another year of administering this great club.

Thanks to those who attended and to the committee members who give so freely of their time.

Although there was only 2 of the committee present things ran quite well.

We had several new visitors and a good roll up of current members.

It was great to here good reports of the previous month's trips & get some input for trips in 2016.

From all of the Committee have a great holiday season & a safe & happy New year.

    see you all in 2016

We had a lot of new folks at the meeting last night & it was really good how they all stepped up and told us all a little about themselves and their Land Rovers.

Hopefully we'll have several new Defenders and Discoveries joining very soon.

We are still in need of a 4WD Queensland Rep.

This job only requires that you attend the 4WD Qld meeting once a month & report back at our meeting.

If you can help out please let us know.

It was good to see some new visitors last night & it was especially good to have a committee position filled.

Glen Miney has moved from Secretary to Newsletter Editor & Gene Adams has taken on the Secretary role.

Thanks very much to both of you.

We still need a 4WD Qld rep so if you're interested please let us know.

The new committee survived their first meeting on Monday night.

Things ran quite smoothly for a bunch of newbies & we managed to get an outstanding position filled.

Ken Martin has volunteered to be the LROCB Property Officer.

    Thanks Ken.

The positions of Newsletter Editor & 4WD Queensland Rep are still open so if you can help out please let us know.

Had a blast of a time at the Janowen Hills weekend and I believe everyone else did too.  A little bit of rain made it quite greasy and the beginners learnt a bit more about mud driving than we anticipated but still a great experience.

Photo's are up on the club facebook page and the club photobucket site.

    Hi All,

Due to the amount of people coming along and the length of time the Orientation Day trips are taking - we are moving them from a day format to a weekend format.

We have just posted up a new Orientation Trip weekend at Janowen Hills to be run in July - we look forward to seeing you there.  The longer time gives the ability to go over 4wd'ing in more detail and gives more time for get out in the field and practice with the newly learnt skills.

    Hi all!

Due to adverse weather conditions, the trip this weekend to Inskip point has been cancelled.

We'll reschedule and update the trip list appropriately.
