The club has organised for members to do their First Aid Course.
There are 14 positions available. We need a minimum of 8 to have the course.
This will be a full day course and will cover basic first aid and CPR
Note course date to be confirmed.
Saturday 19th June is confirmed for your First aid including CPR training

Parking is available on site
Registration is 8am
Start time is 8.30am – course runs to approx. 4pm
Course cost is $120 p/person – you can pay this on the day of training
Bring your dog for an off-leash play on the beach at Woorim, Bribie Island. If you don’t have a dog, come along anyway. The sandy beach is a couple of kilometres long and provides a pleasant stroll with the sea to one side and dunes to the other. Note that driving on the beach is not permitted.
Bring a picnic lunch and snacks for your dog. Toilets, doggie water and poo bags are available at the beach.

PLEASE NOTE!!!! If you are bring dogs make sure they are wearing tick collars and have had some form of tick and flea treatment before heading out.
PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY•Camping fees are structured on a full or part there-of recreation day commencing at 8-30am until sundown.[we are not on a 24hour day structure]•We have a check-out time of 9.00am.the following morning.•The above cost structure includes overnight camping, the use of flush toilets and hot showers, Firewood $10 per 35 kilo bag. Also covered in the fee is the use of the driving tracks, bush walking tracks and dam fishing. [Mountain bikes and BMX bikes are welcome.]•People who are still on the property at 9.30am on the second day will be charged the full fee for the second day.
Please Note: All 3 day long weekends will have a set price for the weekend of $90 per vehicle unless we have entertainers over that weekend when to price will be adjusted to cover the extra costs
FEES/CONDITIONSFamily rate, two adults and children aged under 17 $30.00 per day.The usual two-day weekend fee for two adults or a family is $60.00.•Prices are on an 8am to 6pm daily basis.•A “night,day,night ‘ stay WILL BE charged as two days•Prices apply per car and cover two adults and children sixteen years old and under.•Extra adults in a vehicle will incur an additional cost of $5.00 per person per day.•Package usually sold on a two day weekend basis, guests coming in on Friday night or Saturday Morning and leaving after lunch Sunday at a cost of $60.00 for the weekend.•The park is open every day of the year and mid week stays are welcome.•Bookings essential.•Levuka is a Flora and Fauna reserve. •No guns allowed.
Sunshine coast Landrover Owners club has invited our club to join them for their Christmas in July event at the Widgee Showgrounds on the weekend of the 23rd-25th of July.
Camping fees will be $10 a night for a powered site or $8 a night for an unpowered site. (Cash only) no bookings required.
There will be a meal provided on the Saturday night at the Bushmans bar, cost will be upto $21 dessert included. The menu will be confirmed the week prior to the event.
There will be a variety of events over the weekend led by SCLROC members.
Registration for this event closes 29/6/21 as we have to let the SCLROC know how many are attending.
Join the club for a weekend at Janowen Hills
New or potential members are more than welcome to join us.
Meeting point will be at Janowen Hills on the Saturday morning.
Deb and I will be heading up on Friday for the weekend so you are more than welcome to head up on the Friday.
Remember to bring plenty of warm clothes and sleeping gear as it will be cold at Janowen.
This will be a dog friendly trip.
Trip grade will be easy to difficult dependant on which tracks you are comfortable to tackle.
