they are looking to organise a dinner on the saturday night evening with the Warwick Areo Club and a breakfast at the airfield the next morning.

Friday afternoon - Registration Open, Arrive on the island, set up camp

Saturday morning - Registration Open, Arrive on the island, set up camp,
time for your own club to explore the Island.

Sunday - Clean Up Activities, followed by a BBQ and entertainment.

Monday - explore some more and sadly time to pack and head home, unless you
or your club want to extend the visit

4WD Qld are again negotiating the availability of reduced barge fares
between Inskip Point and Fraser Island. Information on prices will be
available closer to the event.

The fun, atmosphere and excitement of RACQ MotorFest will return to Eagle
Farm Racecourse, Ascot on Sunday 15 July 2012. And, as always, the event
promises to have something for everyone.



Last year, approximately 15,000 people - car buffs and families - turned out
to explore the 750 prestige, vintage, unique and collector vehicles that
were showcased in a colourful carnival environment.



The abundance of roving entertainment, fresh produce and craft markets,
kids' rides and food stalls ensured a great, inexpensive day out all to
raise funds for RACQ's Helicopter Rescue Service.



RACQ MotorFest 2012 will mark a number of important milestones in motoring
history including the 101st anniversary of the iconic Datsun/ Nissan brand,
and the 50th anniversaries of the MGB and Ford Cortina.

Come join us in festive cheer to celebrate Christmas! This weekend will be held at Janowen Hills 4WD Park.

Camping fees are $7.50 a night per adult, $25 per vehicle for the weekend.
